What’s the deal with “The Big Big Bmx Show?
It was something I talked about with Brad from Vital a while ago, and didn’t get off my ass to do it until a few weeks ago. Basically, BMX and Media in general is changing. The Big Big BMX show is a kind of new way of condensing some of the enormous amount of info out there into a smaller package. It’s also a GREAT way to get my own personal ego kicked down a few notches.
How educated do you feel the kids are about the Knowledge of the industry and pro’s? (based off comments you read on the internet)
Based on comments, I’d say not so much. Then again I know for a fact a good portion of those comments come straight from people in the “industry”. However, I’d say right now it’s hard to keep track of it all, so much information gets pumped out there every single day.

Back in September I went on a trip with Nate Moroshan, Glenn Milligan, and Jeff Z. We took a trip to Nor Cal to go get a few clips of Kurtis Elwell for the new Primo video. Although I spent most the day in amazement of how awesome Kurtis was, I got a chance to roll around the local skatepark to warm up abit. I missed a back peg on a mellow mini doing a backwards grind and casually slid out. My knee really bothered me the rest of the day. A day or so later i realized it really was starting to suck. i waited a few weeks before finally going to the doctors to get a MRI. to make a long story short i tore my Lateral Meniscus again. Awesome. This will be my 4th knee surgery in 8 years. I ended up getting Surgery the first week of November. I spent a few days before the Surgery doing as much as i could. Expect a edit of the Surgery week soon.

A few weeks ago Travis Pastrana and Eric Roner took my buddy Brandon Lillard on his first base jump. They had to climb for over a hour up this antenna. By the time they got to the top they were higher then the Empire state building. It was early in the morning and still dark out. They ended up going skydiving after. This is a little edit of the footage from Brandons helmet cam. Looks like they had some fun!
